On 20th July 2009, a gotong royong was held in our school and organized by the Parent and Teacher Association (PTA) with the help of 3K Unit. The purpose of the gotong royong were:

1. To Make sure that the school's compound is more beautiful and more attratiive.

2. To encourage the pupils to love our floral.

3. To take care of the school's compound.

On 6th June, the 'recycled project' for the third month had been carried out. Paka Recycled Company came to school to collect the recycled things that had been collected by the pupils.

From the charts and science corner pupils learns and understand about: a) what "the climate change" is b) what are the impacts of climate changes on our health, agriculture, forest, water resources, coastal areas, species and natural areas. c) how can we make our behavior and our economies more climate friendly such as: i) get engaged with the issues. ii) think how we can save energy. iii) reduce pollution. iv) don't waste v) choose climate friendly products. vi) improve the quality of our live. vii) do not open burn. viii) be a role model. iv) educate ourselves to love the natural world. v) support renewable energy. d) why are GHGs concentrations increasing. e) the green house effects. f ) who is responsible
